Counseling/Psychotherapy

Duties and Responsibilities: lead group or individual counseling sessions to help them overcome a range of psychological and emotional issues

Salary: average salary of $48462 per year

Education: master's degree in clinical psychology, counseling or clinical social work

 I wouldn’t like to be a psychotherapist because it sounds boring and frustrating to listen to people’s problems all day. I’m also not a good person to take advice from because I’d probably just say “get over it” or “suck it up”.

In my opinion this quote is saying to always do what you know is right even if your peers don’t agree with you or aren’t making the same decision. 

Yoga Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:  helping clients become more self-aware and assisting client's in engaging energy in a way that will help reduce, remove or manage the symptoms that are causing discomfort, injury or illness in the body.

Salary: $36,900 median average wage to $66,530

Education: attend school of yoga

I would not like to be a yoga therapist. I would enjoy taking a yoga class but it wouldn't be a career i would like to pursue.

Music Producer

Duties and Responsibilities:  gathering ideas for the project, selecting songs and/or musicians, coaching the artist and musicians in the studio, controlling the recording sessions, and supervising the entire process through mixing and mastering

Education: no standard education needed

I would like to be a music producer. It would be cool to help create hits and #1 songs on the charts!

Chinese (Oriental) Medicine

Duties and Responsibilities: uses images and metaphors from nature to describe the processes of health and disease.

Salary:  AVERAGE SALARY $52,000

Education: 5-8 years of school bachelors or associates degree

I would not like to work with Chinese medicine. Although it does seem very interesting to know other remedies of healing I wouldn’t want to be the one to perform it. I would much rather be the person getting treated if ever necessary.
