One must be responsible for their well-being in all aspects
of their lives. This includes their body, making sure they're healthy and
strong for all needs. Their mind, being mentally strong is far more important
as it assures you'll get through the day and keep up with others academically
and physically. Finally, being spiritually well keeps you well in faith and
hope for your life and goals. All three general points of oneself should be
kept strong and healthy.
