The 10 Indian Commandments
1. Treat the Earth and all that dwells therein with respect.
2. Remain close to the Great Spirit.
3. Show great respect to your fellow beings.
4. Work together for the benefit of all mankind.
5. Give assistant and kindness wherever needed.
6. Do what you know to be right.
7. Look after the well-being of mind and body.
8. Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.
9. be truthful and honest at all times.
10. Take full responsibility for your actions.


Reflection: In my opinion these commandments are very good life rules to follow. I don’t think you need to apart of the Indian culture to obey by these rules. They make up a person that is honest, trustworthy and humble.

Integrity
Integrity: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness
Synonyms:

·       Trustworthy
·       Honor
·       Decency
·       Morals
·       Fairness
Examples of Integrity:
1.   Remain true to your spouse or partner.
2.   Do not let someone else take the blame for something you did.

3.   “Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody's going to know whether you did it or not.” - Oprah Winfrey
