I think this quote should be look upon and analyzed by the youth so they can learn the term integrity. Most people these days don’t have integrity; they don’t care how they get to they become successful as long as they do. Someone without integrity has no respect for themselves. 

Memorial Day

Memorial Day is a day in which we remember those who have died in the service of the United States of America. It is celebrated on the 25th of May. It was originated during the Civil War and became an official federal holiday in 1971. Some ways we can show honor and respect on Memorial Day is by saying thank you to all the people in the armed forces and being thankful to them and their families. Most people celebrate this holiday by going to parades, going to the people’s grave who risked their lives for us, and by having barbecues with the family. Something my family and I do on Memorial Day is give thanks to families who have a loved one at war and give our condolences for those who lost a love one because of war.

I think that this statement is important because when you do the right thing you will succeed. But if you do the wrong thing then you won’t succeed because that gets you nowhere.

This quote has strong truth to it. I believe so because we don’t win anything by doing wrong. But we do loose respect, our dignity and trust of others. 

LAUSD: Families

       Some resources that LAUSD has for families is the Parent Advisory Committee, the District English Learner Advisory Committee, the ESC parent engagement, the parent and community resources, the Community Advisor Committee, the Parent Bill of Rights, and the school volunteer program.

·       I think these resources benefit us because our parents are being involved in our school or our district to try to help out and make the LAUSD district and the schools within this district better as well. Also they can be aware of anything that happens in the school or district.

·       I think my family and I will use all the resources we need when we need them. It is a good thing that LAUSD district has a parent Bill of Rights because that way our parents can know their right sand can fight for them.

This quote is suggesting for you to make your own decisions. Lots of people tend to get influenced by others and will make their decisions based upon who’s around or their paranoia on what others my think of them. A strong minded person will do what they feel is right without letting others change or alter their choices. 

Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities: supervise clinical and administrative affairs of nursing homes and related facilities

Salary: $90,175

Education: need at least a four-year bachelor's degree and will likely need to pass a state licensing examination

I would not like to be a nursing home administrator. I wouldn’t like to because this job is associated with people very close to death and I can’t handle that.
